Searching for your selected Great Racehorse is easy.
You can search by Country or by the Name of the horse
you are looking for.
If you want to search by Country, you just need to click on one of the eight Flags. You
will then get a list of all the horses from that Country that appear on the Great
Racehorses website. You can then select the one you want by clicking on the Name and
you will be taken to the horse biography you want.
Alternatively, you can search by horse Name - just type it in and press "Search". Don`t
forget to add any spaces in the name, ie a search for "mill reef" will take you to the
biography but a search for "millreef" will not.
You can also search for a "Keyword" - that is a word or name in the
biography. It may be the name of a race won or contested, or a racecourse, or a jockey`s
name, such as Lester Piggott, or a trainer`s name, such as Vincent O`Brien or the name
of another horse. There will be several Keywords in most biographies.
The Great Racehorses Search Engine does not distinguish between capital letters and
lowercase.
